Professionally managed and cleaned by our local team. Minimum stay is 2 nights when you book direct; monthly stays are welcome. Please respect the home, the neighbours, and the house rules shared on booking (no parties or events; no smoking inside).
Refundable security deposit
A standard $500 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. It is separate from the reservation total and is used only for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid fees, or house-rule violations. It is released after checkout once the home is inspected, provided there are no eligible charges.
Cancellation policy+
Photos are intended to show the actual home and its key spaces. Decor, linens, and small furnishings may vary over time due to maintenance, replacement, or seasonal setup. You'll review and confirm the home details, amenities, cancellation policy, house rules, and the refundable deposit before payment.
