The 3,056-square-foot main house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with two king beds, two queen beds and a sofa bed accommodating up to 10 guests. A crib is also available.
The open living and dining area sits beneath vaulted wood-beam ceilings, with large windows looking toward the garden. Cook in the full kitchen with its generous counters and island seating, then gather at the dining table.
For a few nights or a longer visit, practical comforts include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, in-home washer and dryer, and driveway parking. Outside, enjoy the main house's fenced yard, patio seating and BBQ. The layout works well for families traveling together, work assignments, relocation and temporary housing. All four bedrooms and bathrooms are within the main-house rental.
Your group has exclusive use of the main house's four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, fenced yard and driveway. Self check-in is available.

We respect your privacy and support independent stays with self check-in. Arrival details are sent the day before check-in, with access instructions shortly before check-in.
Please review the house rules before booking. No parties or large events; quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. A government-issued ID is required. Pets are welcome with a $225 pet fee per stay. Include pets in your reservation so the applicable fee is reflected correctly; do not pay a second pet fee if it is already included. Existing reservations retain their agreed terms. Utilities and internet are included, subject to fair use. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request; any charge is agreed in advance.
There is a separate ADU on the same lot, with its own entrance and a privacy fence separating it from the main house. This booking is for the main house only.

Professionally managed and cleaned by our local team. Minimum stay is 2 nights when you book direct; monthly stays are welcome. Please respect the home, the neighbours, and the house rules shared on booking (no parties or events; no smoking inside).
Refundable security deposit
A standard $500 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. It is separate from the reservation total and is used only for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid fees, or house-rule violations. It is released after checkout once the home is inspected, provided there are no eligible charges.
